House Coriner is a new noble house in Duchy of Urnst and is led by Lady Delina Coriner.[1][2][3] Their house colors are purple, silver, gold, and black.[4] House Coriner has only been a recognized noble house for less than 10 years. During that time, however, the house has managed to persuade many other noble families to support their causes. A common phrase among nobles when referring to a newborn babe is “as charming as a Coriner;” as House Coriner is often regarded as the newborn house of choice to have at balls and parties.[5]
They are "known for its galas, balls, and parties" and host a yearly "Coriner Gala" event in Seltaren, though in 595 CY it was held in Leukish.[6]
Lady Umina Coriner married Lord Jasper Kilbourne in 596 CY. Their reception was held at the Cliffside Grotto in the Leukish Garden.[7]
Resources
House Coriner sponsors a group of courtesans, known as Hummingbirds, who are all graduates of Lady Delina's Finishing School.[3][7]
House Coriner itself is not very wealthy but holds many favors from other noble houses. Their frequent social appearances have led to numerous personal debts to their house, through which they acquired Ilmaera Estate in upper Seltaren, home to the largest ballroom and some of the finest balls in the Duchy.[8]
