Confirming clerical domains

Repose is commonplace in greyhawk for death dieties, however destiny does not appear in Draconomicon. needs verifying Alyksandr (talk) 12:41, 27 September 2024 (EDT)

Fair point, Alyksandr!!
I think this is a case that the Domain itself is from Races of the Destiny (2004). But the source for the Destiny domain being assigned to Chronepsis is most likely from the Living Greyhawk Officiasl Listing of Deities, v2.0 (2005).
I can't guarantee that's the only source, but in that campaign, Chronepsis gave access to that domain.—Jawal Severnain (talk) 14:09, 27 September 2024 (EDT)
Upon referencing races of destiny I found this block of text "In general, deities whose portfolios include trade, wealth, or community may offer the City domain (unless the deity is closely associated with rural life). Nonhuman deities very rarely offer the City domain. Those whose portfolios include fate, heroism, or predestination may offer the Destiny domain to their clerics (deities of luck or good fortune typically offer the Luck domain instead, though some offer both). The Destiny domain is most closely associated with nonchaotic deities." [1]Alyksandr (talk) 14:56, 27 September 2024 (EDT)
  1. races of destiny, p.163.
I saw that, too ... though it's not really specific. But, that might be why the LG authors decided to add them to their Greyhawk canon for that campaign. —Jawal Severnain (talk) 11:48, 28 September 2024 (EDT)
