Vale of the Lamia

In the Abbor-Alz hills, bordering a pass to the Bright Desert, is a narrow, ribbon-shaped valley. This is the Vale of the Lamia.
Many lamiae dwell here along with their trained leucrottas. The ruler of the vale is their queen, a lamia noble and mage-priestess of prodigious size.
The lamiae of the vale are said to worship a Suloise snake-goddess, possibly Beltar. A golden idol of the snake-goddess appeared in Verbobonc some years ago, so the lamiae may have other treasures as well.
