WG8 Fate of Istus names the founder of Chendl in 283 CY as Thrommel III, but this is certainly an error, as the 1983 box set (Guide, p.21) previously establishes that [[Thrommel II]] reigned in [[526 CY]] Thrommel I is almost certainly still the ruler at this point, and LGG p.41 suggests Thrommel I founded Chendl to serve as his new capital.
