Schandor was an archmage{{csb|Dragon #299|101}} and member of House [[Cranden]].{{csb|Ivid|137}} His reputation was legendary, and he held the title of Court Mage.{{csb|Dragon #290|101}}

Due to his abilities he was believed to be a Child of [[Johydee]].{{csb|Ivid|7}} He drafted the legal code which created the legal system of the [[Great Kingdom]],{{csb|Ivid|7}} still used today in many of its former territories.
