This page contains a listing all of the carious creatures of the World of Greyhawk which are considered "races", in that they are sentient, not monsters, and most importantly - are possibly races for characters.

There is a difficult line in deciding what is a "Race" and what is a "Creature" or "Monster". These groupings make a Venn Diagram. There's overlap in what are considered each by different people, much as they are in the City of Greyhawk, which ofttimes has guards who enforce it with varying interpretations.

For the purpose of this wiki, we're avoiding a strict definition, in order to be inclusive. There may be some "monstrous" races which are included here in addition to Dwarves, Elves, Gnomes, Halflings, Humans, et al., because they're notable in Greyhawk; like Orcs, centaurs, lizardmen, quaggoths, beastmen, or githyanki.
