Sharangar Szeltune is a good-aligned lich who travels the void between worlds.
History
Long ago, Sharangar was part of an adventuring party that took to the skies in spelljamming ships from Blackmoor[1] back when its civilization was at its height (possibly as far back as the glory days of the City of the Gods). She escaped after her friends were slaughtered by illithids and made her way to an isolated world. Stranded, she completed the magic to make herself a lich and began a long, lonely vigil, waiting for someone capable of giving her a ride out.
