Rip, I'm pretty sure that this title is canonical. I vaguely remember objecting to the title for the same reasons as you (over at Wikipedia, IIRC) before being convinced otherwise. **Ah, yes. I checked ''Temple of Elemental Evil'', and it does indeed call her "Demoness Lady" at one point. Demoness Lady of Fungi
Rip, I'm pretty sure that this title is canonical. I vaguely remember objecting to the title for the same reasons as you (over at Wikipedia, IIRC) before being convinced otherwise.
