The Boneheart, comprised of the Greater Boneheart and Lesser Boneheart, is the council who advises and rules on behalf of Iuz. It consists of evil priests of Iuz, and powerful evil mages. Most regional capitals of the Empire of Iuz are ruled by a spellcaster of the Boneheart. Each tier is populated by six evil spellcasters who use their magic to serve the will of the Old One.
Lesser Boneheart rulers are typically chaotic evil humans who are wizards or clerics (of Iuz) of levels twelve to seventeen; a few are believed to be undead.
Greater Boneheart rulers are spellcasters of levels eighteen and up.
A very notable and notorious member of the Boneheart is Kermin Mind-Bender. Other known members of the Greater Boneheart include the high priestesses Althea and Halga, the two most powerful of the priestly portion of the Boneheart, who form a faction together.
Others are Jumper and Null, who ally together out of fear of Kermin's power. Iuz once had a High Priest, Patch, who was destroyed by the armies of Furyondy during the Greyhawk Wars.
