Last year I did some research on the canonicity of the more obscure Greyhawk deities appearing in the Encyclopedia Greyhawkania list and/or the Living Greyhawk deity list. I'm posting it here in case it's useful (no guarantees of accuracy).

I originally researched this for the Canonfire wiki, but that site went down in March 2018 without an up-to-date backup to restore from, so all my contributions to it were lost. I'm posting this list here in case someone finds it useful.

Note that the modern thinking (D&D 3e onward) is that archomentals, archdevils and the like are not deities, but sub-divine entities.

It's been a minute since I read this, but I stumbled upon it today while doing research and I thought I would touch on it, since it's become "useful" as the OP mentioned.

So, I put in a horizontal bar, so we can edit/update the list independent of the OP's post.

Also, moved Stratis to "Canon", since there's an official source for him, even though it's terribly obscure. (The 2002 Chainmail miniatures strategy game.)

One catch is the mention of assumptions from 3e onward. Re: "Uncertain Divinity", Quasi-deities, and others of that "power-level" (for lack of a better phrase): Quasi-deities aren't able to grant spells ... but archdevils, archdemons, and archfey are "above" that level. They're able to grant spells. I don't know if I've ever seen Archomentals grant spells, but <shrug>.

Some of the "Uncertain GH Canonicity" ones are from officially published sources, kinda like the dragon deities. ... some of those are referred to in GH sources, but they're likely pretty deep cuts. I'll have to put it on the list of things to get back to.

Just realized ... archfiends and such granting spells depends on the edition one is playing and what rules options one is using. <cringe>. Oops!

In the current fifth edition, archdemons can grant spells to warlocks.
