"Abanfyl "is a cold mountain lake in the Griff Mountains [and] is the source of the Zumker River. Aquatic monsters never before described descend from here, posing a hazard to all below, but no one has yet explored the lake itself to determine their origin or the lake's condition. The lake is also said to be the home of a family of mist dragons who lair on a small, perpetually haze shrouded island somewhere on the central waters."[1]
