Sysania is a priest of an unusual tribe of animal-worshippers.
Description
Sysania is a beautiful woman with long medium brown hair with curls falling to the middle of her back in a great mane.
Her sun-touched skin is lightly covered at her extremities by light brown feathers.
"Few creatures are more foul than a harpy. The stench of one can drive away a skunk. They are half woman, half vulture and thrive on carrion. Sysania is a young harpy. Young enough that she has not taken on the hag-like appearance of her older sisters. Harpies are not normally spell casters, but Sysania has won the favor of a deity and acts as the shaman for her clan."[1]"
Abilities
"Sysania's people have developed abilities to communicate with animals, especially birds. They have also discovered magical means of altering their bodies to resemble birds. They are docile people but are fierce fighters when provoked."[2]"

Possessions
The only thing Sysania normally carries is a dagger[2], presumably for both utility and defense. Around her neck, she bears an amulet of life protection,[2]

Publication History
Sysania originally appeared as one of the NPCs presented in the Trading Cards line on card number 180.
The art was pulled from Clyde Caldwell's cover of Rose Estes' The Price of Power, part of the Greyhawk Adventures line of novels featuring Mika-oba. Though the cover art for the novel represents a character in the book as well, it is not Sysania. This has been a minor criticism of the 1991 series of trading cards, because they reused art.
Sysania also appeared in the Spellfire CCG, on Card #170.[3] And her background lore was given in the Spellfire Reference Guide.[1]
