Jalek's is a former fish warehouse, converted into a flophouse when the waters of Diamond Lake turned foul. Lodging can be had for a mere 5 coppers a night, payable to a massive mute half-orc named Golot.
Jalek is seldom seen but lives in a roof apartment.
