Quaansheek's War Banner is a magic item wielded by a minor prince in what used to be the South Province of the Great Kingdom and is now Ahlissa.

Description

Prince Quaansheek, a Torquann prince whose lands lie to the southeast of Benkend, posesses a unique magical war banner which his heavy cavalry deploy. The banner gives his cavalry bonuses to their morale, as well as their charging speed. The banner also makes the troops immune to magically induced fear effects.[1]
