The Nordan Villages are a series of three garrisons-turned-villages, High Nordan, Middle Nordan and Lower Nordan, each with about 1,200 people. Middle Nordan and Lower Nordan are technically under the control of Delglath of Rinloru, while High Nordan is technically over the provincial border in Delaric.
Middle and Lower Nordan hold preistly and undead forces, though they don't suffer from the mass executions and reanimation practiced in the capital. High Nordan, meanwhile is heavily garrisoned because of that.
