The Age of Worms Overload is a highly acclaimed 29-page document released online by Paizo Publishing to support the Age of Worms adventure path.

The free online document contains "material [they] just couldn’t fit in the magazine, but which [they] still wanted to share to enrich [the] Age of Worms campaign.[1]. It is a large glut of information, including elements such as plot summaries, NPC statistics, rumors in town, and information about the lands surrounding the small village of Diamond Lake where the series began.

Shortly after the PDF document was publicly released, Erik Mona said he was "already committed to releasing updated versions of the Overload file as more and more conversion appendices become available", but, in the end, the original outline and plot summaries ended up being accurate enough to not need chronology issue changed or other minor issues corrected. Even without updates, the file continues to be available online, and is still downloaded frequently.

In the introduction to The Whispering Cairn (Dragon #124), author and Editor-in-Chief, Erik Mona, hinted at "updates and previews" that would be coming, and said the first would be in Dungeon #125 (Aug 2005).[2] When that issue came out, it instead mentioned that an entire PDF was available, the magazine said one could download the PDF "today".
