The Plains of the Ulakandar[1][note 1] is a political region of the Western Flanaess, though it is not a nation in the strictest sense. The name "Ulakandar" also applies to the tribes of nomadic horsemen who dwell within these lands.

History

The term Ulakandar derives from the name of the city Ulakand and refers to the people of that region.[4]

Geography

The Plains of the Ulakandar are situated in the Baklunish Basin region of the Flanaess, west of Ket and south of Zeif.

People
