History
Recently, the March of Mandismoor has withstood attack from the north, particular from the Rushmoors.
Geography
Borders
The March of Mandismoor is located at the northwesternmost point of Keoland. It is bordered to the north by the Rushmoors, part of the Gran March; to the west by the Javan River, which separates Keoland from Sterich; and to the south by the March of Mareman in Keoland, with a narrow stretch of border by the river connecting it to the County of Flen.[1]
Major settlements
The infamous fortress of Ravonnar is located in the northwest of this province, upon the Javan River and near the Rushmoors.
Notable locations
Mandismoor is notable for the major trade road to the Grand Duchy of Geoff.
People
Population and demographics
According to the Keoland Census of 589 CY published by the Living Greyhawk Keoland website, the population of the March of Mandismoor is 51,765, including 47,211 humans, 3,216 halflings, 1,218 half-elves, and 120 half-orcs. There also 75,112 poultry and 35,641 meat and dairy.[1]

Its ruler, the current Margrave of Mandismoor, is a member of the Knight of the Watch, and is suspected to be a member of the Darkwatch, a zealous branch of that order dedicated to the protection of Keoish lands and values at all costs.
Economy
Resources
The Rushmoor Marshes are a source of a variety of very tall rushes, as tall and strong as bamboo, which is useful as a building material. It is commonly used for building animal pens and stockades. Additionally, the marshes are gradually being drained for agricultural use. However, the marshes are inhabited by various dangerous creatures, including otyughs, lizardfolk, and various reptilian creatures.[2]
Currency
The March of Mandismoor uses the standard currency of Keoland: the platinum griffon (pp), gold lion (gp), electrum eagle (ep), silver hawk (sp), and copper sparrow (cp).
