The vast, northern Burneal Forest sprawls for hundreds of miles, from the shores of the Dramidj Ocean in the west to the swamps of Blackmoor in the east.
Ecology
The trees of the Burneal are primarily pines and firs. Local fauna include elk, giant deer, and other game.
Inhabitants
The Wolf Nomads and Tiger Nomads hunt in the fringes of the Burneal. Little-known Flan savages called the Uirtag dwell in the interior, dwelling in huts of green boughs in the brief summer and in subterranean burrows during the longer winter. Quaggoth tribes are also known to make their homes in the Burneal. Mist wolf packs make it their home hunting the evil within.
