There is a difficult line in deciding what is a "Race" and what is a "Creature" or "Monster" because these groupings make a [[wikipedia:Venn Diagram|Venn Diagram]].  There's overlap in what are considered each group by different people, much as they are in the City of Greyhawk which ofttimes has city guards who enforce laws regarding monsters with varying interpretations.

There is a difficult line in defining what is called a "person" or "race" versus what is called a "creature" or "monster" because these groupings make a Venn diagram. There's overlap in what different people consider each group, much as they do in the City of Greyhawk which ofttimes has city guards or judges who enforce laws regarding monsters with varying interpretations.
