Theldrat is a portly, coppery-skinned man in his late forties (c. 594 CY), with a long mustache.

Theldrat owns a locksmith shop on Cairn Court in the Free City of Greyhawk, across from the Blue Dragon Inn.
Equipment and possessions
Theldrat inherited a powerful magic key from his father that was originally owned by Zagig Yragerne. Zagig created the key when he was Lord Mayor of Greyhawk. It is unknown how Theldrat's father came into possession of the key.
Relationships
Upon learning the cult of Vecna was behind the theft of his prized key in 594 CY, Theldrat views Vecnans as his enemies, having even spent a good deal of money investigating the cult.
