Prinzan the Sly is a magic-user and a native of Veluna currently (probably as of 576 CY, given the publication date of The Book of Wondrous Inventions) in exile on the Wild Coast.
Relationships
A former ally of Iuz, Prinzan is currently allied with a djinni called Whipmaster, who ensures that Prinzan's invisible stalker slaves turn the cranks that power his terrible Dreadnought.

Prinzan lives in a tower on the Wild Coast. A teleportation chamber in his tower allows instantaneous transport to his vehicle, the Dreadnought.
History
Early in his career, Prinzan made a secret deal with the cambion Iuz. He rose to a powerful position in Veluna, and used his influence and magic to sow discord between the allied nations of Veluna and Furyondy. For many months the scheme seemed to work, but Prinzan ultimately alienated his supporters and was exiled. Beginning again on the Wild Coast, Prinzan began to build an army and a fortune to gain personal vengeance against Veluna and Furyondy, this time without Iuz's aid. Spending all his newly acquired fortune, Prinzan created a massive tank-like vehicle that he named the Dreadnought. While its physical shell was created by gnomes, the Dreadnought is armed with magic and powered by invisible stalkers bound with geas.
