Plot
Vecna: Hand of the Revenant recounts Vecna's siege of the city of Fleeth, and includes flashbacks to Vecna's days there as a boy, some 900 years prior to the siege. The work's introduction includes a statement that the book is a portion of theChronicle of Secret Times by Uhas of Neheli, made in-character by Uhas himself.
In addition to Vecna, the novel also features Kas, Acererak, the Serpent, and Vecna's mother, Mazzel. Vecna: Hand of the Revenant ends on a cliffhanger, as a sequel was planned, but never produced.
