This template should be added to all affiliations, guilds, secret societies, wizardly orders and the like. The recommended image size is a width of 250px so that it will completely fill the infobox without increasing its size.
The format is taken from Andy Miller's article "Hidden Agendas" in Dragon #256. "History" gives the date of founding (if known), "Members" gives whatever class, alignment, racial or national restrictions apply, "Recognition" gives symbols and signs of the organization, "Headquarters" gives the organization's primary or major base of power, while "interaction with other organizations" briefly describes the foes and allies of the organization.

Two additional optional parameters exist to enable changing of the background and foreground colors in the name part of the infobox, the default is white text on a black background.
