The Land Beyond the Magic Mirror is a demiplane accessible from beneath Castle Greyhawk. The hero-deity Murlynd keeps a house there.
Structure
The portal to the Land Beyond the Magic Mirror is a silvery-black mirror in room Z632 in Greyhawk Ruins, on the level known as Zagig's Crypt. The portal leads directly to Murlynd's Magic Mirror House, in a room where he keeps the objects he has collected in his travels.
The Land Beyond the Magic Mirror is part of the same plane as Dungeonland, separated from Dungeonland by a dense forest to the west of the Dungeonland map.
Special features
A number of spells fail to function within the Land Beyond the Magic Mirror, including those that summon creatures, control weather, or make travel more convenient. X-ray vision also fails to function here.
Prominent locations include the Tulgey Wood, the Chessboard Fields, and the Mad Feast Hall.
