Plot
Vecna: Hand of the Revenant recounts Vecna's siege of the city of Fleeth, and includes flashbacks to Vecna's days there as a boy, some 900 years prior to the siege. The work's introduction insinuates that it is excerpted from The Chronicle of Secret Times by Uhas of Neheli.
