It chronicles the scandals, corruptions, crimes and cruelties not fit for his approved Official History. The chronicle derives the coming of the Nehali family from the ancient Suel lands, and their struggle against the previous lord, Vecna and his lieutenant, Kas. It describes some of the powers and dangers of the Hand and Eye of Vecna, stone they feel into the hands of the Nehali briefly, and speculates on how to destroy them.
