Brother Milerjoi is a high-ranking monk from the Scarlet Brotherhood.
Description
Brother Milerjoi and his disciple Brother Kerin mysteriously appeared at the first Council of the Slave Lords. It is an indication of the growing strength of the Scarlet Brotherhood that Brother Milerjoi was immediately accepted into the Council.[1]
