Diamond Lake Smelting House was built by the oligarchs of Greyhawk to settle disputes and conflicts between the mine managers. Runoff from this fortress-like building accounts for the majority of the pollution that killed off the lake. Vulgan Durtch is the chief smelter but is rarely seen.
