Description
Something of a doppelgänger, Bilarro is the evil twin of Lord Robillar. A "tall, middle-aged bearded warrior".[2]

"Despite his evil nature, Bilarro is still much more Robilar than not. He is friendly toward adventurers and supportive of those he does not believe to be his enemies. Yet he is a man with very few friends, and is smart enough to identify that as a weakness."[3]
