Elara Mornstar is the beloved Guildmother of the Rookroost Thieves Guild in the Bandit Kingdoms. She is in many ways the true ruler of Rookroost, controlling all aspects of society that she does not wish to leave to The General.
Elara is a worshiper of Kurell.
