Elena the Fair is a powerful wizard, and an adopted daughter of Baba Yaga.
Description
Relationships
As the adopted daughter of Baba Yaga, Elena is also Natasha the Dark's adopted sister. This also makes her the aunt, by adoption, of Drelnza and Iuz.
History
As a young girl, abandoned by her family, Elena ended up at Baba Yaga's doorstep. For reasons of her own, Baba Yaga decided to retain her as a servant rather than turning her away. Over the years, Elena learned enough magic from Baba Yaga to become a powerful wizard in her own right. Though she is disliked by the predominantly evil inhabitants of Baba Yaga's Hut (except for Vladimir, Baba Yaga's giant housecat), none dare harm her - not even Natasha the Dark, who loathes her.
If she is alive today, Elena, like Natasha, will be centuries old, and quite likely far more powerful.
