Lazare’s House is a "cozy gaming parlor"[1] located in Diamond Lake, in the central square along the Vein (the main road through town).[1]
Description

He was once a mine owner (having bought the mine with his dragonchess winnings), but was bankrupted soon after he arrived in Diamond Lake and his mines taken over by Balabar Smenk.
