The Okeoakialo River is a river in southern Hepmonaland on the west coast.
Description
"This river is heavy with silt from the hills; it drops most of its load into the swamp, but retains enough to paint a dark swath into the ocean for several hundred yards."[1]
History
Geography
The Okeoakialo is one of two rivers flowing east out of the Okeo Hills. The name is simply a compound of its source and its mouth. The Okeoakialo is the southern twin to the Okeoavali. The Akialo Swamp is fed along the river's length, primarily to the south of the river.[2]
