The Sea of Sharks is the local name of the Solnor Ocean in Hepmonaland.

Description

The eastern shore of Hepmonaland abuts the Sea of Sharks, so named because of the normal and giant sharks that live there.[1]

The Sea of Sharks is home to many colonies of sahuagin. which periodically raid the coastal towns.[1]

History

Geography

The Sea of Sharks is technically a southern portion of the Solnor Ocean.[1]

The Ibaz, Ake, Okeoavali, and Okeoakialo rivers all empty into the Sea of Sharks.[2] The Okeoakialo river dumps a large, visible current of murky black silt from the hills out from the mouth of the river and into the ocean.[2]

Anatal and Kevot both lie directly on the shores of the Sea of Sharks.[3]

People

Bullywugs and lizardfolk are common along the Sea of Sharks in the area of the Akialo Swamp.[2][4]
