Also called Lassiviren the Anemic, Lassiviren the Evil, the Demon of Darkness, Lakajan, Jahleel, and Nerivissal, Lassiviren the Dark is a feared assassin.
Description
According to rumor, Lassiviren had black hair and olive skin as a child, but what he looks like today is anyone's guess, for he is a master of disguise. He stands six feet tall and wears a dark cloak, that much is clear, but he hides his face in the shadows of a cloth. He could be anyone, from the beautiful elven woman to the hideous half-orc beggar. He developed a persistent hacking cough during his time in a Greyhawk prison.
Relationships
Lassiviren was once hunted by Bladestorm, a Headhunter of Trithereon. He was imprisoned by Turin Deathstalker.
History
Lassiviren was most likely born somewhere in the Bandit Kingdoms. He killed his hated father at the age of 14, fleeing the bandit king for whom his father had been a valued minion. Lassiviren next appeared in Molag when it was the capital of the Horned Society. Disguising himself as a hobgoblin, Lassiviren honed his skills in that city. Eventually he became powerful and notorious enough that he no longer needed his goblinoid disguise. Lassiviren began wandering the Flanaess, gathering a network of spies and assassins to serve him under his many names. He was finally apprehended (by Turin Deathstalker) while trying to assassinate Nerof Gasgal. He spent a decade in prison for this deed, finally escaping in 587 CY.
Creative origins
Lassiviren was originally a player character of Al Hammack.
