This image is of a card, such as a Trading Card, or card from a Trading Card Game (TCG) or Collectible Card Game (CCG). The copyright for it is most likely held by Wizards of the Coast. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of cards to illustrate the card in question qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law.
