Jerome Kazinskaia (also seen as Kasinskaia) is the Patriarch of Rao in in the Free City of Greyhawk and Leader of the Faithful.[3]
Description
Jerome is one of the highest-ranking priests of Rao in the entire Flanaess.[1]
Appearance
Jerome is an 90+ yearold patriarch (in 591 CY) whose use of longevity magic makes him appear in his mid-50s.[2][4] Standing 6'0" tall and weighing 152 lbs., he is an imposing and breathtakingly handsome figure with flowing dark blond hair, a ready smile, perfect teeth, and striking brown-flecked green eyes.[1]
Personality
Activites
Many visitors from foreign lands requesting his advice and counsel.[1] He hosts dinners for representatives from Nyrond, Furyondy, Urnst, and Ulek. Despite strained tolerance, he also engages with the Scarlet Brotherhood and Aerdi representatives. Jerome's word may not be trusted by all, he is widely respected and he is frequently consulted in the drafting of diplomatic treaties.[5]

History
Jerome Kasinkaia wanted to retire (abdicate) from the Oligarchy for years, though uncertainty of who would follow him was a prime reason he did not.[1] He finally retired in 596 CY. He was "over 90 at the time, and worn out by the politics of the Oligarchy... [and he] retired to Mitrik."[4]
In Night Watch (1990), Dak Kasinskaia takes the place as Patriarch of Rao after Jerome Kasinskaia.[7] Their relationship is not stated.
