The Council of Mayors and Manorial Lords, aka as the Annual Greyhawk Council of Mayors and Manorial Lords, on Patchwall 8 the second Starday after Brewfest was formed after the Greyhawk Wars to recognize the leaders of local communities.[1]
Leaders include the Lord Mayor and Directing Oligarchy of the Free City of Greyhawk, the leaders of Elmshire, Hardby, Safeton, Narwell, Grossettgrottell, Two Ford, One Ford, Greysmere, Karakast, and other communities in Gnarley Forest and the northern Wild Coast.[2]
