Melezakan [CN hm Exp6] is among the best in terms of sheer skill, though he's as eccentric as they come, and many find his obsessive nature abrasive. The entire back wall of Melezakan's shop is taken up by his "masterpiece", a bird's-eye painting of the City of Greyhawk.
