Fiend Folio is the title of three difference sourcebooks containing new monsters for various editions.

Publishing history

First edition

Fiend Folio was the third monster compendium consisting of monsters developed by Games Workshop from creatures largely portrayed in White Dwarf magazines. It was published in 1981 and consisted of 128 pages as part of TSR UK product launch.[1]

Second edition

Monsterous Compendium Fiend Folio for 2nd Edition (1992)

The Monstrous Compendium Fiend Folio Appendix (ISBN 1-56076-428-7) was published by TSR, Inc. in April 1992, for use with the 2nd edition AD&D rules. It consisted of a cardboard cover, sixty four loose-leaf pages, and four divider pages. More than sixty monsters compose this Fiend Folio.
