Pamdarn is the baron of the island of Fairisle in the Domain of the Sea Barons. He is quite young, especially compared to the other barons, but is given a great deal of leeway with High Admiral Basmajian, which he leverages to gain more freedom of movement for his captains.[1]

The young baron is 6'1", and well built. He has fair hair and blue eyes[1].
