The Union of Beggars is an association of professional beggars based in the Slum Quarter (S3) of the City of Greyhawk. It's activities are outside the purview covered by other criminal organizations in the city. Much like it's sister-guild, the Guild of Thieves, it is "a 'legal' but criminal organization; its existence is not officially acknowledged but is commonly known throughout the city."[1]
