WotC
- Chris Tulach, the WotC Events Marketing Manager admins the campaign along with Greg Marks, the Creative Lead for the campaign.[1] Together, they manage the campaign and administer the "Premiere Organizers"—licensed creators (or creative groups) who author adventures and organize games played at conventoins for WotC's program.
Premiere Organizers
The first Premier Organizer announced was Baldman Games.
- Baldman Games
- Headed by David Christ. BMG hosts events at Origins, GenCon, PAX West, NY ComicCon, PAX Unplugged, and Winter Fantasy.
- Domain of Greyhawk—Savannah Houston-McIntyre, Lead Designer (also BMG LoG Creative Director)[2]
- Highfolk—Jon Christian, Lead Designer. Matt Dunn, Assistant Lead Designer.[3] Highfolk is the official region for online play.
- Old Ferrond (including Furyondy, Veluna, and Verbobonc)— Lead Designer-Eric Menge. Assistasnt Lead Designer-Amanda Leftridge.[4]
- Unknown region—Shu Qing Tan, Lead Designer.[5]
- GameConclave
- Thomas Valley is the co-founder of GameConclave and the Premier Organizer for the Southern US region[6]
- West Coast Adventurers Guild
- Darryl Miller is the co-owner/operator of Hallowed Woods, LLC and West Coast Adcenturer's Guild (WCAG).
- Lead Story Designer is Mike Olson.[7]
- Fourth Premier Organizer
- Though the existence of a fourth PO has been announced, the name of the organizer or which region(s) they will write adventures for have not yet been publicly announced.
