Welcome!

Glad you decided to join us, BOZ! Be sure to check out the Writing Guidelines, and include infoboxes on the appropriate articles (most D&D infoboxes from wikipedia can be "converted" by replacing "D&D" with "Greyhawk")--you can usually find the appropriate infobox on the corresponding category page, or on my page. Feel free to post any questions you may have on my talk page. --Robbastard 20:38, 28 November 2007 (EST)

Hey BOZ, when you copy articles over, could you also remove nonessential links? I specifically referring to links that this wiki is unlikely to cover, such as TSR. If you could fix those, it'd be great. Thanks.--Robbastard 03:34, 17 December 2007 (EST)

Never mind about fixing the links already there, I found a better solution.--Robbastard 03:43, 17 December 2007 (EST)

Uploading images

Great finds! Due to the fact that we currently don't have any thumbnailing software, all images bound for infoboxes need to be no more than 200 pix wide.--Robbastard 15:26, 21 December 2007 (EST)

Happy Festivus!

Nice note to Pilotbob you pointed out. Hopefully, Gavin will start being watched, too.--Robbastard 18:17, 24 December 2007 (EST)

Images

Thanks, but I already have all of those images ready to upload. There's not yellowed & have already been re-sized, so I'll use them as soon as I upload them. Until then, if you want to re-size those & use them, feel free!--Robbastard 19:31, 27 December 2007 (EST)

Main page

It pretty much is semi-protected already, as only those who register can edit it. Very few spammers will take the time to register, so I doubt we'll have more than the occasional vandal.--Robbastard 20:48, 23 June 2008 (EDT)

Congratulations

Nice interview--thanks for all your work!--Robbastard 17:50, 21 September 2009 (EDT)

Finally!

Yes Sir, it is a good day in Wiki-Land.  :) BOZ 13:41, 9 November 2010 (EST)

Wikipedia

I'll see what I can do, I guess! I like to concentrate on fan-wikis because I don't have to worry so much about whether or not something is considered notable, but I'll edit Wikipedia if I see something wrong or incomplete. -- Rip 15:39, 1 September 2011 (EDT)

I expanded the 2nd edition section of the Orcus article. -- Rip 10:33, 9 September 2011 (EDT)
And added a section for BECMI D&D, and a mention of his appearance in Ghostwalk. -- Rip 11:08, 9 September 2011 (EDT)

Orcus in The Great Modron March

Orcus appears in the Prologue, pages 12-13. He's unnamed there, but there's prose fiction (primarily from Primus's viewpoint) for the DM's benefit in which he uses the Last Word to kill Primus. The players don't find out that Primus is dead until page 123, when a modron reveals it to them with its dying breath. They don't, at this point, know who or what was responsible. The next two pages, 124-125, are taken up by a fiction Epilogue from Orcus/Tenebrous's point of view, summing up the events of the adventure, Orcus's motivations and doubts. There's a hint, never followed up on, that Orcus fears his time as Primus has altered him, irrevocably tainting him with Law. At the end, Orcus/Tenebrous prepared to go "To the Bottom of the Multiverse, to prepare for the next phase!" in his words, indicating his fortress on the Negative Energy Plane, explored by the PCs in Dead Gods. The last line is "He doubted that Primus was the last god he would have to kill." -- Rip 19:41, 20 September 2011 (EDT)
