History

The Mummers had the misfortune of accepting an invitation to perform at "Motherhorn" in "Prismeer" in the Plane of Faerie. After they grew into great hubris in their celebrity, the hag imprisoned them. When they begged to be released. She agreed to set them free in the wilds, but in the tradition of not making a deal with fey, she turned them into perytons before releasing them.

Publishing history

The Greyhawk Mummers only appeared in The Wild Beyond the Witchlight.
