Notes

The Adventure Begins p.55 dates the beginning of the Oeridian Record calendar (1 OR) to the unification of the Oeridian barbarians to defend against imperial Baklunish forces from the south and nomadic Baklunish raiders from the north.

The Living Greyhawk Gazetteer p.23 dates it to the beginning of the Great Migrations, when the Oeridians began to move into the Flanaess to avoid being destroyed in the Baklunish and Suloise empires. However, the Baklunish-Suloise War known in the Folio would not begin until -485 CY. The LGG incorrectly dates 1 OR to "1,235 years ago", which would be -645 CY owing to the lack of a year zero in the Common Year reckoning.
