This holiday is frequently mistaken for canonical lore due to its widespread inclusion in many fan-made Greyhawk calendars. However, it is fan-created content and has never appeared in any official source.
Description
The Festival of Saint Bane is celebrated on the first of Readying, the first month of spring. "This day has particular significance because of Pelor's hatred for undead, and ... all attempts to turn undead [on this date receive a +1 bonus]. Priests usually go to areas of known hauntings and attempt of remove the evil blight."[1]
