Appearance
Jipzinker is exactly six feet tall, with dark hair that's starting to thin and green eyes the disconcertingly protrude just a bit. He has a light tremor in his hands and an occasional stammer. He tends to dress as nondescriptly as possible and keep his head down to avoid drawing attention to himself.

Jipzinker is careful and deliberate in his work, an expert is subtlety and misdirection rather than brute force.
