Torhoon

The Torhoon were a race that dominated Hepmonaland some 8,000 years ago, using magic and alchemy to enforce their reign. They were able to create demiplanes with their powerful spells. They stood some 7 feet tall with elongated features and hands over a foot in length. Their sorcerers wore black togas. Their writing is described as "odd and snakelike."
